Chitralekha “Chits” Narayan is a co-founder of Athiya Organizational Competencies (P) Limited, a leading company in the area of soft skills & business skills training services for a wide spectrum of industries Chits is a certified trainer by the American society for training and development (ASTD) USA, and National training lab (NTL) USA in Organizational development programs. She has successfully completed the official TA101 course from The International Transactional Analysis Association. She is currently pursuing PGDHRM to better understand the theories of management – both organizational and people.
“Chits” is a gold medallist in MA – English and comes with over 20 years of experience in training in various parts of the world – Germany, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, and India. At Athiya, she leads the training team and also dabbles in the marketing and HR departments of the company. She is well known in the training industry, especially for her programs on Business skills and Leadership skills.
“Chits” brings a unique perspective to training - drawing from her training experiences both in India and abroad as well as leading the training teams of various well - known organizations. Some of the strategic posts that she has held in the past include Assistant Director, Department of Training, HealthScribe, India, the largest Medical Transcription company in Asia; VP-Training, The Center for American Education, India, a pioneer corporate training organization; and Manager – Training, iSeva Systems, a leading e-CRM company in India.
“Chits” has successfully incorporated statistical analysis into the art of training. It's no wonder that her team at Athiya consists of not only skilful subject matter experts but also number crunchers. The training processes introduced by her never fail to delight Athiya's clients.

| Narayan Raghavan – MD, Athiya |

Narayan "Nani" Raghavan heads Athiya's global operations. He is based out of Bangalore, South India, where Athiya is headquartered.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from a premier university in India. He comes to Athiya with an excellent corporate track record spanning more than two decades. His strengths are primarily in the areas of business operations and global marketing, having held senior positions in both these areas with MNCs across the globe. He has worked with clients ranging from China to the Middle East to Europe and the USA.
As a facilitator, he is an ardent practitioner of andragogy. All participants unanimously admit that Narayan’s sessions are most lively, filled with humor and fun on the one hand and many practical examples and concepts on the other. His target audience includes high school students, college kids, as well as freshmen and leadership teams in various organizations.
He specializes in the areas of sales and marketing training, bringing his invaluable experiences from across the world. His other areas of interest include motivational training, team dynamics, And campus to corporate transition, goal setting skills, communication skills, and work-life balance: spouses.
In his leisure, Narayan is completely involved in the Rotary movement. He also loves to play with his dogs and surf the TV.

| Chetana Sridhar – Head – Learning & Development, Athiya |

Chetana Sridhar is a versatile trainer with close to 9 years of corporate experience, a major part of which has been in the field of Learning & Development.
She began her career in the field of HR with Infosys and then moved on to hold lateral lead positions in the ITeS sector, working for companies such as TCS and Dell International Services. It was at this time that she discovered her innate ability to train and coach, and so she began her specialization in the field learning & development.
As a facilitator, Chetana’s core areas of expertise include a variety of performance enhancement initiatives, including EDPs & MDPs. She has customized and facilitated programs such as Global communication skills, Presentation Skills, Time Management, Assertive Skills, Team Building, Stress Management, Goal Setting, Leadership Skills, Negotiation Skills, Communication for leaders, and Change Management. One of her other core competency is implementation of end-to-end solutions for content re-engineering.
Chetana has anchored long term learning initiatives in leading MNCs such as L&T, WIPRO, Siemens, TATA-CMC, UBS, Agility Logistics, TESCO, Oracle, iSeva, Infosys BPO, HP, Deutsche Bank, Symphony Services, ABB, MICO BOSCH, Cognizant, and Xilinx, Hyderabad.
She hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Science. In her leisure time, she loves to be home with her family, dabbles in spirituality, and lives life to the fullest.

| Steven Rodrigues – Head - Learning and Development, Athiya |

Steven Rodrigues comes to Athiya with more than 20 years of experience, varying from international sales & marketing to corporate learning & development.
In his early career, he has worked across India and abroad for companies such as Zenith Computers, ITC, The Assam Tea Company, Nufaika Distributors, Procter & Gamble, Smithkline & Beecham, and Computer World. In this stint, his responsibilities included handling the distribution and sales of products throughout a country; training, developing, directing, and managing sales teams; credit control and debt collection monitoring; sales forecasting and achieving targets; and planning and implementing trade deals. During this time, he developed a keen interest in training and facilitated in-house programs on sales & marketing cross cultural adaptation, communication and presentation skills, assertiveness & negotiation skills, and client interaction skills.
Steven later on joined Sitel Operating Corporation as a Senior L&D Specialist. His areas of training included communication competencies – both verbal and written; accent neutralization, cross cultural sensitivity; customer service; and all aspects of telesales. In addition to being a facilitator, he led a team of soft skills coaches. Here, he not only recruited, trained, and monitored the coaches but also developed various online processes for easier monitoring of quality on various projects.
His programs are well planned and implemented because he brings his broad experience as a value-add. He’s a natural mentor, who often goes beyond the curriculum design to address the unique needs of each of his participants in his training programs. His subtle sense of humor serves to make the learning process light yet meaningful.
Steven holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce. He has also completed certificate courses in Basic Training, Key Training Skills, and Foundation of Leadership at Sitel.
He is an avid table tennis player, which he pursues in his leisure. He enjoys listening to music singing, and traveling. |

| Om Kumar, Head – Business Development |

Om Kumar comes to Athiya with over 10 years of experience in the field of sales & marketing. He holds an MBA in Marketing from PESIT, VTU along with a Diploma in Marketing Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, a reputed institute in Mumbai.
His early career saw him spearheading sales & marketing for Instructional Technologies, a pioneering company in the field of e-learning and corporate training.
He then moved on to develop and manage sales and marketing teams for various organizations in the financial sector. Some of the prestigious postings include Manager – Sales for ING Vysya Life Insurance and Branch Manager – ICICI Bank.
Om is a dynamic worker and a charismatic leader who is target-oriented. His core competencies include his keen ability to identify and develop new streams of business for long-term revenue growth and his ability to manage overhead costs and model mix to increase profitability. He achieves market share metrics mainly by conducting competitor analyses and following market trends. In addition, Om brings an innate ability to conceptualize and implement strategies as part of brand building and market development effort.
At Athiya, Om leads the business development team for corporate training in addition to establishing new verticals in the field of HR Consulting. |

Sheeja Jeffry, Head – Client Engagement |

Sheeja holds a Bachelor’s degree in addition to a Diploma in Management, Marketing from a leading institute in Bangalore.
She comes with nearly 14 years of experience in the fields of marketing, administration, and training. Her early career saw her leading an admin team before moving on to managing customer support teams. Her work has been highly recognized and appreciated by companies such as Al Noxon India Systems Pvt. Ltd., Mphasis BPO Services, and Dell International Services.
Sheeja joined Athiya 3 years ago as an SME in Training and Development. During this time, she successfully anchored various long-term training projects for Athiya’s clients such as Infosys, Airtel, and ADC Krone. At Airtel, she left an indelible stamp on the training programs such that the client would insist on only having Sheeja and wait for her to initiate training at various levels.
A year and a half ago, Sheeja made a lateral move to be part of the client engagement team. She now heads this team at Athiya and has had many accomplishments to her portfolio. Her amicability and enthusiasm coupled with key insights on training give her an enviable edge to her client relationship management. Her dedication to quality deliverables, single-minded focus on bottomlines, and likeable persona ensure that once a client is onboarded, he/she stays forever with Athiya.

Keith Anthony - Section Head, Athiya |

Keith comes with over seven years of experience, most of which has been in the field of training.
He has held the post of trainer in various organizations such as MSource, AXA, IBM, and e4e Business Solutions India Private Ltd. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree along with Diplomas in MS Office and SAP.
Throughout his career, Keith has been highly appreciated and rewarded for his extraordinary contribution to Workforce Learning & Development. For example, he was sent to the UK by AXA to work for Thomas Cook Travel Insurance. He was also chosen to train and support a process of 140 executives at AXA, Pune. e4e gave him the Most Versatile Trainer Award two years in a row.
He is well-versed with preparing training strategies, by conducting a TNA and developing session plans to meet a batch or an individual’s training and development needs. He is adept at managing training delivery, measurement and feedback. His training plans are always aligned to CSAT and Quality Evaluation data.
Keith is skilled in facilitating programs on soft skills such as V&A, Linguistics, and Email etiquette as well as behavioral skills like Communication skills, Presentation Skills, Customer service, and Cross cultural etiquette.
