He holds a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from a premier university in India. He comes to Athiya with an excellent corporate track record spanning more than two decades.
His strengths are primarily in the areas of business operations and global marketing, having held senior positions in both these areas with MNCs across the globe.
His spirit of entrepreneurship, combined with his attitude of "roll up my sleeves and get down to work" serve as a fiery support for Athiya's ambitions in corporate training. He brings to Athiya his unique vision of creating savvy corporate executives through providing a long-term and nurturing environment. |

| Ravi Raghavan heads Athiya's operations in US and Europe. He is based in Dallas, TX, USA. He holds an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma, USA. He has held various key positions in the Finance and IT worlds across the USA, where he has lived for the last eleven years. He currently works in the Finance department of a major Telecom company in Dallas, TX, USA. He is also actively involved in training the Asian Kids in Dallas in Math adopting the Indian methodology of Training.
After all, the concept of '0,' which is the basis of the computer world, was discovered by Indians. It has always been Ravi's vision to promote corporate skills training. He firmly believes that all corporate executives have a lot of potential that needs to be tapped and re-directed by experienced professionals before their force can be unleashed in the global markets. |

| Chitralekha "Chits" Narayan leads the training team at Athiya.She works from Bangalore, South India. "Chits" is a gold medallist in MA - English. She comes with over 13 years of experience in training in various parts of the world - Germany, Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, and India. Some of the strategic posts that she has held in the past include Assistant Director, Department of Training, HealthScribe, India, the largest Medical Transcription company in Asia; VP-Training, The Center for American Education, India, a pioneer corporate training organization; and Manager - Training, iSeva Systems, a leading ecrm company in India. Her various training programs have been enthusiastically endorsed by such corporates in India as HP, Deutsche Software, Ingersoll Rand, ANZIT, and TTCE-GoI; Mannesmann, Duesseldorf, Germany; ARAMCO, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia; and KEMEFS, Hong Kong. | Vidhya Balakrishnan leads all training initiatives in US and Europe for Athiya. She is located in Dallas, TX, USA. She holds an MCA from a premier university in India. She has been a Group Manager for a Datawarehouse team in a major Telecommunication company the past 3 years. She manages a team of 40 members spread across US & India and leads 24*7 development activity spanning the globe. Prior to joining the Telecom Industry, Vidhya held multiple positions in the CRM world, which gave her an opportunity to deal with a variety of customers in the American IT industry. Her extensive experience in this arena combined with her passion for training makes her a key contributor to Athiya. Vidhya's ardor for Training was initially fulfilled when she began her career in the Computer Industry as a Lecturer in Computer Science in a widely recognized Graduate College in Bangalore, India. That was around 8 years back. Since then, she seizes any training opportunity and firmly believes in the fact that "Knowledge grows by sharing." |
